EBT stands for Evidence-Based Training – a philosophy that permeates everything we do. Our vision is to raise the standard in training and health by basing every method, exercise and training programme on science, proven experience and human psychology.

We want to create a future where trainers, coaches and healthcare professionals collaborate across disciplines, and where knowledge and quality form the basis for sustainable results.

EBT was founded in 2015 by two doctors with a shared conviction: that people deserve better guidance in training and health.
We saw a need to combine medical knowledge with practical training expertise – and that’s how the idea for EBT Academy was born.
Together with experts in training, nutrition, psychology and education, we created a programme that is both scientifically based and practically applicable.

Today, EBT Academy is one of Sweden’s leading educational providers in personal training, with a team of over 23 dedicated experts who help thousands of students take the next step in their careers every year.
